The challenge
With over 1,000 products and global customers, Dutch Leaf needed a platform that could keep up with their SKUs, customer groups, and pricing lists. They’d struggled with previous platforms for a range of reasons due to their complex requirements.
This included latency issues where changes weren’t pulling through quickly enough to the front-end of their wholesale store. Campaigns or promotions would sometimes run for longer than planned and items wouldn’t show up in the right areas of their website. Dutch Leaf gained the ability to manage over a thousand SKUs efficiently from one platform, streamlining operations across their entire product catalogue. Our Customer Group functionality means they’re able to quickly assign specific, bespoke pricing lists to certain customer groups (including VIPs and suppliers/ distributors) at scale rather than at an account level.
