Sales agent ordering
Sales agent ordering lets your sales reps sign in to your store as any customer they look after and place orders on that customer’s behalf. They can prepare for a conversation, open the account and order using its live prices, terms and buying history. At a desk, at the counter or on the road, everything they need is ready.
Open an account and build the order with the customer’s correct pricing, payment terms and ordering rules already applied.
Adjust the order during the conversation without relying on notes, emails or someone in the office to update it later.
Sales reps see the accounts they manage, the activity behind them and the opportunities that deserve attention next.
Start an order at the office and finish it with the customer. SparkLayer works across desktop, phone and tablet.
Manage pricing, catalogues, quotes, payments, sales-assisted ordering and accounting connections in one place. It is all built for B2B and supported by a team that understands how wholesale works.
Turn quote requests into confirmed orders without losing the conversation between inboxes, documents and systems.
Collect wholesale applications through a branded form, review them and give approved customers the right buying experience from day one.
Control exactly what each customer group can see and buy, from complete trade ranges to products or variants reserved for specific accounts.
Keep accounting information connected to the ordering experience, so your team and customers work from the same financial picture.
Add a self-service trade portal to your existing storefront, complete with customer-specific pricing, terms and order history.
Turn spreadsheets, PDFs and forwarded order emails into ready-to-review baskets, matched against your products and ordering rules.
Connect the systems that hold your customer groups, price lists, payment terms, pack sizes and ordering rules.
SparkLayer brings that data into the buying experience, keeps it in sync and sends completed orders to the right place.
Ready-made B2B components work within your existing storefront, so you do not need to build or maintain a separate trade website.
