How does pricing work for SparkLayer Enterprise?

As with the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, we charge a fixed monthly fee that's based on a number of considerations:

- Projected sales volumes
- Complexity of backend systems (e.g. ERP or WMS system)
- Complexity of storefront implementation
- Extent of ongoing support required

Once we've established the above, we'll then confirm the monthly fee with costs starting at $499 per month.

Do you charge any other fees beyond the monthly fee?

If your setup and configuration is especially complex, we may charge a one-off implementation fee for the initial installation of SparkLayer. We do try and wrap all costs into the monthly fee however.

How exactly does SparkLayer work on Shopify and Shopify Plus?

Think of SparkLayer as having two distinct parts; a backend that manages B2B data, and the frontend that converts your Shopify store into a B2B ordering platform. We've more details here on how SparkLayer integrates with Shopify.

Do I still get new features without being on the Enterprise plan?

Yes, all plans benefit from the growing features and improvements on SparkLayer. With the Enterprise plan, any limitations will be completely unlocked (e.g. limits to the number of sales agents), and you'll also be notified of brand new features to safely try before anyone else.

Do I still need the Enterprise Plan if I do the integration myself?

If you're processing more than 150 orders per month, then the Enterprise Plan will still be applicable even if you're doing the integration yourself (e.g. via your agency). Our team can still work closely with you during the implementation process and you'll also benefit from the more extensive support available for Enterprise brands.

Do I need to have Shopify Plus to be on the Enterprise Plan?

No, SparkLayer is compatible with all Shopify plans. There are many benefits of using Shopify Plus, including greater customisation of the checkout experience, but SparkLayer does work on all plans of Shopify. If you're a high-volume merchant, it's likely that you are already using Shopify Plus however.

Who will I work with if I'm using the Enterprise plan?

You'll be in regular contact with our friendly and highly-knowledgeable team who are here to support you on every step. From scoping your requirements, producing a technical proposal of our recommendation approach, implementing your B2B store, through to ongoing support. You'll also get access to a dedicated Slack channel and can book meetings with our team whenever required.

What support do you offer?

As an Enterprise customer, you'll get 24/7 access to our support team where we'll triage your requests and respond within our SLA.

Can I still trial SparkLayer using the Enterprise plan?

Due to the deeper level of integration required for Enterprise customers, we typically don't offer a free trial period. That said, you can still sign up to SparkLayer and test for yourself at any point.
