Enterprise B2B eCommerce platform for large-scale wholesale operations.
SparkLayer Enterprise is built for merchants with complex B2B operations. If you have a large sales team managing accounts, an ERP holding your pricing data, and a wholesale operation that's grown past what standard tools can handle, this is where SparkLayer's Enterprise B2B eCommerce platform makes the biggest difference.
Starts at $499 per month. No percentage fees on orders.
Trusted by global B2B brands including...
What Enterprise customers get that other plans don't.
ERP as your single source of truth for pricing.
Your pricing lives in your ERP. With Enterprise, SparkLayer connects directly to it so your B2B data flows to your store automatically. Change a price list once and it updates everywhere — no double-entry, no sync delays, no errors.
A sales team that manages deals, not admin.
Enterprise unlocks SparkLayer's full Sales Agent portal, built for larger teams with multiple reps across multiple accounts. Your team gets role-based access, territory controls, ordering on behalf of customers, and a full quoting workflow, all from your storefront.
A structured implementation, from scoping to launch.
Before you sign anything, our team does a full technical scoping of your setup. You get a detailed pre-sales document covering your systems architecture, integration requirements, and a clear plan for going live, agreed before we start.
Most enterprise wholesale operations hit the same wall. The sales team is spending half the day managing admin that a proper system would handle automatically. Pricing lives in the ERP but gets manually updated in the store. Orders come in by email, get entered twice, and still end up with errors. The platform that promises to fix this either costs a fortune, requires a complete rebuild, or doesn't do what it claims. SparkLayer Enterprise is built for exactly this setup.
From pre-sales to scaling.
Before you sign up to Enterprise, our team does a full technical scoping of your requirements. That means a proper look at how your current systems work, what your B2B setup needs to do, and exactly how we'd implement SparkLayer in your environment. You get a written document covering everything we've agreed before we touch your store. From there, we follow a four-step process:
Technical and functional scoping.
We scope your B2B requirements in full: how your current systems are built, what data needs to flow where, and what the finished store needs to do. Everything is documented and agreed before we start.
Implementation.
We carry out what we call the Three C's to get SparkLayer set up on your store: Connect to your data, Configure your store, and Customise the frontend to match your brand.
Testing and UAT.
We run full end-to-end internal testing, checking data flows correctly and the frontend experience works as expected. Once passed, we hand over to your team and help coordinate a soft launch if needed.
Launch and ongoing support.
We help import live data, run final tests, and work with you to deploy your new B2B store. After launch, you get a dedicated Customer Success Manager with 24/7 support with a defined SLA.
Unlock next-level features.
In addition to everything on SparkLayer's standard plans, Enterprise removes all limits and unlocks a set of capabilities built for larger, more complex B2B operations.
Enterprise Sales Agent portal and quoting engine
SparkLayer's Sales Agent portal gives every rep access to the storefront, where they switch between customer accounts, see customer-specific pricing, and place orders on behalf of buyers. Enterprise adds role-based access, territory controls, and a full Quoting Engine that turns requests into orders.
Most wholesale operations stitch together separate tools for onboarding, product visibility, and finance. With SparkLayer Enterprise it's all built in: capture and approve wholesale applications, control what each customer group can see, and connect orders to Xero or QuickBooks automatically.
SparkLayer Forms runs your full wholesale application process from your store. Approved accounts are set up automatically with the right pricing, catalog access, credit limit, and sales agent — and with API onboarding, customers register straight into your ERP without manual work.
SparkLayer Catalogs gives you precise control over what each customer sees. Hide wholesale products from DTC shoppers and retail lines from B2B buyers, down to the variant level, and lock wholesale pricing out of public search by customer tag, group, or segment.
Advanced data syncing and Accountancy integrations
Link customer accounts directly to your ERP, IMS, OMS, or other backend systems, syncing credit limits, account status, and order history in real time. Connect Xero or QuickBooks so invoices, payments, and order data flow automatically into your accounts, with no manual reconciliation.
For merchants who need a fully bespoke B2B frontend, the SparkLayer Frontend SDK gives your development team complete control to build and customise the customer experience, with full freedom over layout, components, and storefront interactions far beyond the out-of-the-box setup.
With the Enterprise plan, we work with you to connect the backend systems where your B2B data actually lives: your ERP, your CRM, your operations platform. Once connected, those systems stay as your single source of truth. Pricing changes made in your ERP flow through to your store automatically. Orders placed on your store sync back to your backend in real time. You stop maintaining the same data in two places.
Full systems integration.
We have pre-built integrations with Brightpearl, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Linnworks, Unleashed, and Cin7. For finance, we connect directly to Xero and QuickBooks Online, so invoices, payments, and order data land in your accounts without manual work.
Advanced API access.
If you need to take the integration further, the SparkLayer API lets you build the exact connection your setup requires. Sync custom data fields, build ordering rules based on ERP data, or extend how SparkLayer interacts with your systems at a deeper level. Custom frontend experiences are also possible via the SDK.

Already on Shopify Plus, or heading that way?
Shopify Plus is a powerful platform, and for many merchants, it makes sense. But a growing number of our enterprise customers came to us having already paid for Plus and found that for B2B specifically, SparkLayer on a standard Shopify plan gave them everything they needed.
Where SparkLayer Enterprise goes further: you get a dedicated sales agent portal built for how sales teams actually work, a full quoting workflow from request to order, and direct ERP integration so pricing flows automatically to your store. No transaction fees on any plan.
"The number one selling point for SparkLayer from Evolution Vaping's perspective was the variable platform fee. We estimate we're saving £150,000 a year now."
Custom SAP integration, dynamic trolley builder, live stock ordering up to 26 weeks ahead
"We needed developer recommendations — ones who already had a relationship with SparkLayer and understood the B2B angle. Haslo came out of that conversation, and we've been working with them, alongside SparkLayer, ever since."
Enterprise removes all limits on the standard plans and unlocks a set of capabilities not available elsewhere: full Sales Agent functionality with territory controls and role-based access, the complete Quoting Engine, advanced API access, direct ERP and backend system integration, the Frontend SDK, advanced data syncing for customer accounts and credit, and all Unify features (Forms, Catalogs, Accountancy). You also get a dedicated pre-sales scoping session, a named technical contact throughout implementation and beyond, a shared Slack channel, and 24/7 support with a defined SLA.
As with the Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, we charge a fixed monthly fee that's based on a number of considerations:
- Projected sales volumes
- Complexity of backend systems (e.g. ERP or WMS system)
- Complexity of storefront implementation
- Extent of ongoing support required
Once we've established the above, we'll then confirm the monthly fee with costs starting at $499 per month.
If your setup and configuration is especially complex, we may charge a one-off implementation fee for the initial installation of SparkLayer. We do try and wrap all costs into the monthly fee however.
Think of SparkLayer as having two distinct parts: a backend that manages B2B data, and a frontend that converts your Shopify store into a B2B ordering platform. There are more details on our How It Works page covering how SparkLayer integrates with Shopify.
Yes, all plans benefit from the growing features and improvements on SparkLayer. With the Enterprise plan, any limitations will be completely unlocked (e.g. limits to the number of sales agents), and you'll also be notified of brand new features to safely try before anyone else.
If you're processing more than 150 orders per month, then the Enterprise plan will still be applicable even if you're doing the integration yourself (e.g. via your agency). Our team can still work closely with you during the implementation process, and you'll also benefit from the more extensive support available for Enterprise brands.
No. SparkLayer works on all Shopify plans. If you're considering Plus primarily to unlock B2B features, it's worth talking to us first. SparkLayer Enterprise typically gives you more B2B capability at a lower monthly cost.
You'll be in regular contact with our team, who support you at every step: from scoping your requirements, producing a technical proposal of our recommended approach, and implementing your B2B store, through to ongoing support. You'll also get access to a dedicated Slack channel and can book meetings with our team whenever required.
Due to the deeper level of integration required for Enterprise customers, we typically don't offer a free trial period. That said, you can still sign up to SparkLayer and test for yourself at any point.
